Shipping Policy

NB: During the month of August, deliveries may be delayed. Shipments will resume their regular flow in the last ten days of the month.

The www.esterel.it beauty store ships directly to the address requested by the customer placing the order; ESTEREL - Mario Zunino & C. Srl is responsible for the shipment of the purchased products.

• All goods can be delivered between 2 and 15 days after order confirmation and payment.
• The www.esterel.it beauty store ships in Italy and Internationally, using specific express couriers: DHL / BRT / OTHER LOGISTICS.

The delivery of the purchased products usually takes 3-5 working days for local Italian addresses: in any case, the products will be delivered within 30 days as ruled by the law..

Shipping Rates & Times

Delivery times could be delayed in case of festivities; usually, carriers do not deliver on December 24th, 25th, 26th, January 1st, on some days of August and during the weekends throughout the year.

For orders paid by credit card, the normal shipping schedule needs one extra business day for bank procedures.

For orders with payment through wire transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from the confirmation of payment.

If the ordered products are temporarily out of stock, the ESTEREL Customer Service will promptly contact the customer informing about the order shipment.

In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the express courier will be delivering again the very next day. For any further detail on this matter, please contact the Customer Service ESTEREL (info@esterel.it - +39 011 98 288 11).

It is specifically requested a telephone number to proceed with shipment and delivery.

Note: we inform our loyal customers that, due to the revised forwarding schedule during the Christmas Season and in August, the orders could be delivered with some slight delay.

January: shipments will resume the standard timing after January 6th.

August: shipments will resume the standard timing during the last 10 days of the month.

UK CUSTOMERS ALERT: Please notice that the additional costs and taxes deriving from the new Brexit procedures will be taken over by ESTEREL for orders above € 250,00 (215 £ | Shipping Fees excluded). Orders under € 250,00 with delivery in UK will be no longer processed.

All Customers can also check their order through the link included in the Order Confirmation received by mail.

Modify or Cancel an Order

The www.esterel.it beauty store offers to the customers the chance to send a cancellation email to info@esterel.it within 24 hours of placing the order. The customer may also cancel the order calling within 24 hours from the order the ESTEREL Customer Service at +39 011 98 288 11.

For any request you can contact the ESTEREL Customer Service, calling the above detailed number or by writing at info@esterel.it, reporting the date and the details of the order as included in the order email confirmation received by the www.esterel.it beauty store.

Except under the supervision of an adult family member, Children under 18 are not allowed to place orders through the online order form.
