Returns & Refunds

In the event that the Customer decides to return one or more purchased products, he can make the return within 14 days of delivery: in this case, the full costs of returning the items will be at his own expenses, as required by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

If the cosmetic has been returned in accordance with the above described procedure, in perfect condition sand without any alteration to the packaging and to the content of the product itself (damaged, altered or opened products will not be considered suitable), the Customer will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product.

Cancellation Policy (Returns and Refunds)

A. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Products must be returned intact, not used, or damaged. Sealed items that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that result, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods cannot be re turned.

B. If you intend to proceed with the return, it is therefore necessary to complete the Withdrawal Form attached here and send it, exclusively in Pdf format (other files will not be acquired), by e - mail to

C. If the return does not meet the requested conditions, the Seller is entitled to return the package at the customer's expense and the refund will not be made.

D. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and quality evaluated the products subject to the right of withdrawal.

E. In the event that the Customer chooses to use the shipping service provided by the Seller, the price to be paid in advance by Credit Card is € 50.

F. Only following a qualitative acceptance of the returned products, the Seller may initiate the reimbursement procedure, sending the Customer a Return Acceptance and confirmating that the amount due will be paid to the credit card used by the Customer for placing the order (any delay concerning the refund will be a consequence of the credit card service procedures).

G. For the domestic (Italian) orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by wire transfer. The Customer will therefore be required to send an e-mail indicating his IBAN account number and the reference to the returned order (it should also be noted that in the case of purchases made with cash on delivery there is no reimbursement of the shipping fee s eventually paid).

H. In the event of returns following the incorrect compilation of the order by the Customer, and provided that the returned goods fully comply with its original characteristics, the refund can only be made through a shopping coupon valid for 30 days, for the same amount as the return, to be spent in the online store

I. If the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected, as above detailed, the Customer will not be entitled to receive any refund. In this case, the Customer may get back the product in the state in which it was returned to the Seller, exclusively at his own expense. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the Customer for the related purchase.
